Imagine his Fitbit. U.S. Senator Chris Murphy donned a Yale cap and strolled through New Haven today. The trip was part of the young politician’s walking tour of Connecticut, which has taken him from the Rhode Island border to the Elm City and beyond. Murphy told the New Haven Independent that he’s “in search of the Connecticut that you can’t find in articles, statistics and abstract summaries of issues and crises facing the state.”
