SIGNAL

Signal is a free messaging app that allows full end-to-end encryption for its service. This means, only you and the News can access the messages, photos, videos, voice messages, documents and calls.  Signal will not save any metadata or message. WHATSAPP

WhatsApp is a free messaging app that allows full end-to-end encryption for its service. This means, only you and the News can access the​ messages, photos, videos, voice messages, documents and calls. This app, however, will save some metadata, such as timestamps on messages. WhatsApp can be downloaded for both iOS and Android. More information can be found on the WhatsApp website.
