In an interview with The New York Times ahead of the release of her new movie “Money Monster,” director Jodie Foster ’85 revealed that after all of her success, she still fears failure. The Times characterized the film, which stars George Clooney in the lead role, as “a meditation on failure.” “Failure is a big one for me — people in spiritual crisis, in a moment in life of total self-hatred,” Foster said, explaining her inspiration for the movie.
