Run this town hall. Gov. Dannel Malloy and Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman will travel to New Haven on Feb. 23. They will hold a town hall forum to discuss issues, such as the state budget and the economy, slated to appear before the General Assembly in the 2016 legislative session. The event is the third in a series of town halls across the state.
