Netflix announced premiere dates for several of its shows, including “House of Cards” and “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,” which are set to premiere on Feb. 26 and April 15, respectively. A few shows are scheduled to come out right around midterm season — the procrastinator’s dream.
