Tailgate victim sues U-Haul, Ross ’13

An accident at the 2011Harvard-Yale tailgate left one woman dead.

One of two victims in the fatal U-Haul crash of last November’s Harvard-Yale tailgate is suing Brendan Ross ’13, the truck’s driver, and the U-Haul Company of Connecticut.
