British outerwear and lifestyle brand Barbour is set to open a store next month on Broadway.

The store signed a lease to a 2,406-square-foot lot close to retailers such as J. Crew, Urban Outfitters and Gant, according to a Tuesday article published by Mrketplace.com. The announcement comes roughly four months after international retailers Kiko Milano and EmporiumDNA were revealed as the incoming tenants of the coveted One Broadway spot.

“This new location will incorporate two distinct brand aesthetics that showcase both Barbour and Barbour International, and will be the first U.S. retail store to feature this new store concept and fixtures,” Barbour North America’s head of retail Christopher Sapienza told Mrketplace.

Barbour’s New Haven location will be the brand’s first standalone store in Connecticut.
