• A new academic center on campus will bring a variety of historians and political scientists to campus to discuss the origins of constitutional government.
• Mitchell Dubey worked 12 straight daysthrough last Thursday. The morning of his absence on Friday, coworkers at the College St. Devil’s Gear Bike Shop, where Dubey was service manager, learned their “vegan, straight-edged, punk-rocker” friend had been murdered. Dubey was shot dead Thursday evening, bringing New Haven’s homicide count this year to 10.
• After an investigation into allegationsof sexual assault, the Yale Police Department will not pursue criminal charges against any member of the Pundits, Yale’s senior prank society, for events that took place at the group’s Feb. 19 pre-tap naked party.
