  • If you’ve ever purchased a water bottle from Bass Library or Payne Whitney, you’re sipping a little bit of Willington, Conn., the town where Yale’s spring water is bottled and labeled.
  • This semester, Branford College Master Steven Smith has begun meeting weekly with a select group of students to discuss novels outside their typical class work. Anthony Lecounte ’11 said the meetings are more ‘book club’ than ‘secret seminar’: “I would imagine the stereotype of a group like this would be, ‘Oh my god, it’s a group of section assholes’ … If anything I’m running from the types of classes where people think there are section assholes,” Lecounte said.
