In an article yesterday about the price decrease at Bass Library’s cafe, the News incorrectly asserted that University President Richard Levin ordered the price of coffee lowered last Friday. The price of coffee has not changed — Levin set the coffee prices before the cafe opened in October. Following student input and criticism of other items on its menu, the cafe lowered the price of its sandwiches by $1 last week.
An article published Friday (“Increased enrollment could bolster sciences”) incorrectly identified Meg Urry as the Physics Department’s director of undergraduate studies. She is the Physics Department chair.
