Friday’s article, “Pillsbury ‘Roadshow’ hits city, shoreline” contained a factual error. The article misrepresented information from the Associated Press. The percentages at the end of the story were not poll results. They were test returns — numbers used to test the Associated Press elections information system.

Friday’s article, “Retired profs to get new center” reported that Alan Trachtenberg serves on the center’s advisory committee. Trachtenberg served on an advisory committee that has since disbanded but is not a part of the current committee.
CLARIFICATION
Friday’s article, “Part-time Yale faculty members buck trend” reported on an increase in the number of non-ladder faculty members at Yale, but did not make clear the difference between non-ladder and part-time faculty. Non-ladder faculty includes but is not limited to part-time faculty members.
