In the only Division I conference in the country without a conference tournament, a two-game playoff will determine which of the Ivy League’s three co-championship, Yale, Pennsylvania and Princeton, will be the league’s representative to the NCAA tournament.

Yale will play Princeton Thursday night at the Palestra in Philadelphia, with the winner going on to face Penn Saturday night in Easton, Pa., at Lafayette College’s Kirby Sports Center.

Yale students wishing to attend the Princeton game can purchase tickets Wednesday and Thursday at the Yale Ticket Office, located in the Ray Tompkins house.

Each student must present a valid Yale ID at the time of purchase. Tickets cost five dollars for students, and there is a limit of one ticket per student. Tickets are 12 dollars for adults.

The Ivy League made approximately 2,000 seats available to Yale, said Nancy A. Fryer, director of ticket operations.

The ticket office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, and from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Fryer said.
