LONDON — The Games of the XXX Olympiad are open and the first medals have been awarded. Seven Bulldogs are representing three different countries in London. Four rowers — Canada’s Ashley Brzozowicz ’04, Australia’s Tess Gerrand ’10, and America’s Taylor Ritzel ’10 and Charlie Cole ’07 — will race at the Eton Dorney Rowing Center on Dorney Lake. Sailors Sarah Lihan ’10 and Stu McNay ’05 will compete for the US on the waters of Weymouth off the south coast of England. The seventh Eli, Jamie Redman ’08, is at the Games as an alternate for the US Rowing team.
