Finding the farm

On a bright and early September morning, 60 students assembled outside of Commons on a mission to find out where the food within orginated. This entailed the consumption of some thoroughly delicious farm-made breakfast foods and the picking of apples, corn and rhubarb. They also met a female bulldog who’d do well to meet up with Handsome Dan. Staff photographer Brian Chang reports from Yale Dining’s “Follow Your Food” farm tour.

How about some info? Does this farm sell produce to the dining halls? What is the farm’s name? Where is it? What growing practices do they use?
