Price: Perspective from Haiti

On Jan. 12, a devastating earthquake measuring 7.0 on the Richter scale struck Haiti, leaving over 200,000 people dead and over 1 million people homeless throughout the country. Almost immediately, the world’s more prosperous countries and many of Haiti’s neighbors, prosperous or not, responded with pledges of material assistance. Over spring break I had the »
