The story “Elis take No. 2 spot in finance challenge” misstated the relationship between the company the Yale team analyzed, Phillips-Van Heusen, and the clothing company Kenneth Cole, which P-VH licenses but does not own. In addition, the story misleadingly stated that the team representing Singapore had to overcome language barriers to present its business analysis. In fact, English is the first language of instruction in all Singaporean schools.
