Following a prolific rookie campaign in which he was named the Ivy League’s Rookie of the Year, running back Zane Dudek was chosen for the Pre-Season All-American squad by the FCS, landing on the second team.

Dudek has already compiled a busy resume after one season with the Bulldogs, helping Yale capture the Ivy League Championship last season by way of 113.3 yards per game and 16 total touchdowns in 2017.

Dudek was one of four Ivy League-ers to be named to the first or second team, along with Nick Miller of Penn and  Justice Shelton-Mosley and Larry Allen III of Harvard.

Dudek will take the field again on Sep. 15, when Yale opens the season against Holy Cross.
