According to The Harvard Crimson, a 2015 graduate has filed a lawsuit against the university claiming that administrators did not appropriately respond to a sexual harassment case in which she was the complainant. Alyssa Leader, the plaintiff, says that Harvard allowed the her alleged perpetrator to live in her dorm after the incident.
