The Afro-American Cultural Center will host Rod Owens, a Buddhist Lama, activist and Dharma teacher, in a talk about systematic racism on Sunday evening at 4 p.m. The event, “Wounds of the Colored Body: Exploring Dharma and Racial Trauma,” aims to introduce Dharma as a force of liberation.
