No longer Biden his time. According to Fox News, Vice President Joe Biden will soon announce his bid for the presidency. When he spoke at Class Day 2015, Biden joked about presidential ambitions to Yale grads. He referenced an “Overheard at Yale” post in which a student said he dreamed of being vice president, saying “I never had that dream. For the press out there, that’s a joke.”
