Police swarmed Edgewood Avenue Wednesday afternoon after a green SUV crashed into a residential building at 52 Edgewood.

Numerous police officers, including members of the Street Interdiction Unit, and nine police cars lined the street. Edgewood remains closed between Dwight Street and Howe Street while the investigation continues.
