Yale, New Haven and Connecticut made cameos on this week’s episode of the NBC comedy “30 Rock.”

One of the episode’s story lines focuses on actress Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski) making a horror film being shot in Stamford, Connecticut “for tax reasons.” However, the state won’t give the movie a tax break and production is stopped because apparently people getting murdered doesn’t really help tourism. So, enterprising as they are, executive Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) and Jenna re-write the script to make it more pro-CT. When we revisit the set of the movie there is a Yale banner in the background and one of Jenna’s new lines is: “Please, don’t kill me, I still haven’t tried the famous seafood pizza at Sally’s in New Haven.”

Let’s just say, we’re honored.
