Because of their bets on the University of Connecticut Huskies, Gov. Dannel Malloy and Attorney General George Jepsen will be getting Kentucky ham from their counterparts in that state.

With a 56-55 victory tonight over the University of Kentucky, the UConn men’s basketball team advanced to the NCAA championship game against Butler University. Malloy wagered Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear UConn ice cream against Beshear’s Kentucky ham, while Jepsen bet dozens of Connecticut oysters to Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway’s Meacham Country ham, CTNewsJunkie reported.

“The only thing smoother than a Mystic oyster is a Kemba Walker jump shot,” said Jepsen, according to CTNJ.

UConn will play Butler on Monday.
