If the second best goals against average and fourth best save percentage in the country weren’t enough, Yale goaltender Ryan Rondeau ’11 can make another notch in a growing list of accomplishments this season.
The coaches of the ECAC voted Rondeau the conference’s goalie of the week on Monday after he stopped 61 of 64 shots in a pair of wins at Dartmouth and Harvard last weekend. The senior, whose 13-0 record is the only perfect one in the country, had already earned the honor once this season.
“Rondeau is making Yale’s goaltending concerns look pretty tiny right now,” wrote ECAC columnist Brian Sullivan.
