The weather for Spring Fling will not be nearly as nice as last year’s 80 degrees and sunny, but rain is unlikely.

The National Weather Service is predicting that there is only a 23 percent chance of rain when the music starts at 3 p.m. Tuesday, and the risk will decrease into the night. The temperature at the start is forecast to be 52 degrees, falling to 43 by the time MGMT finishes its performance around 10 p.m.

The weather will likely feel like 2008 Spring Fling, which had a high of 57 degrees and a few rain showers.
