- Eyjafjallajokull. As European flights resumed Wednesday after a week-long shutdown because of ash from the Icelandic volcano, the ripple effects have been felt all over the world, including at Yale.
Being a premed is famously difficult, and students say the advising and support systems in place at Yale are not making it any easier. But UCS might have some new initiatives in the pipeline that would change this.
