- A little too stingy?Even after the endowment’s 24.6 percent plunge, there is still $16.3 billion left. And some say Yale’s senior officers are protecting the University’s endowment at the expense of its academic mission.
Without Shaw’s, the world is a dark place. City administrators met Wednesday night to discuss strategies for bringing a new supermarket to New Haven. In the meantime, residential college butteries are now looking to Yale Dining to help with their food-purchasing needs.
