UPDATED, 2:30 p.m. | Guest chef Michael Psilakis, whose Greek menu will appear in dining halls tonight, was on hand in the Silliman kitchen Tuesday morning to give a demonstration for chefs from the various residential colleges, and students grabbing breakfast in Silliman also stopped and watched.

Psilakis, an award-winning chef who will also give a Master’s Tea in Silliman at 4 p.m., is known for his Greek restaurants in New York City. His former restaurant Anthos in Manhattan is one of only two Greek restaurants ever to have won a Michelin Star.

Signed copies of Psilakis’s new cookbook, “How to Roast a Lamb,” will be raffled off at dinner in Silliman tonight, which is open only to Silliman students and members of the Hellenic Society.
