- CNN news correspondent Soledad O’Brien visited Calhoun College for a Master’s Tea, and spoke about her commitment to finding documentary subjects with compelling life stories. “I’m fascinated by people,” O’Brien said at the Tea. “Who is that person? What do they believe? What formed those values? I try to tell that story.”
It’s been over a year since Yale launched the University Library’s Personal Librarian Program for incoming freshmen, but the service continues to be underused.
While Advanced Placement Calculus might be a faraway memory in the minds of most students, a handful of undergraduates each year decide to use their high school credits for early graduation. But do these students ultimately regret cutting short their time at Yale?
