Connecticut’s home on the Web is getting a face-lift. Over the past several months, agency Web sites on CT.gov, the state government Web site, have been redesigned to be easier on the eyes of state residents. “This is a cosmetic overhaul that was long overdue,” Nuala Whelton, communications director for the State Department of Information Technology, said of the changes. “While we didn’t change the functionality of the site, our Portal Management Group made it more aesthetically pleasing.” The CT.gov Web portal provides access to the Web sites of all state agencies and departments.
