Connecticut Sen. Joseph Lieberman ’64 LAW ’67 praised the Congressional economic stimulus and recovery plan today, saying the state would directly benefit from the federal funds. The bill, a $789 billion stimulus package, would feed federal funds into initiatives on health care, education, transportation and infrastructure management.
