Gov. M. Jodi Rell announced the launching of a new Web site that will provide Connecticut residents with clear, up-to-date information about the State’s finances. The Budget Forum, as it has been called, provides a breakdown of the State’s expenditures and revenue and provides a venue for citizens to submit ideas for ways the State can cut spending. “This is not my budget, nor the Legislature’s,” said Rell. “It belongs to the taxpayers of Connecticut who have a right to be part of the process, and most importantly, the solution.”
