In Wednesday’s article “Banks differ on rules for city IDs,” the views of Laura Hulzar — the economic development program coordinator for Junta for Progressive Action — were mischaracterized. She does not think banks would encounter federal legal issues for accepting the Elm City ID cards. The article also misidentified Ward 9 Alderman Roland Lemar as representing Ward 13.
