In Tuesday’s story “Junior charged in paintball incident,” numerous statements were incorrectly attributed to Yale Deputy Secretary Martha Highsmith. Assistant Director of Public Affairs Gila Reinstein made the statements.

In Tuesday’s story “Morse College dean announces resignation,” Morse Dean Rosemary Jones’s previous employment was incorrectly stated. Jones was an assistant principal at an urban school in the city of Adelaide and prior to that held a similar position in a rural school.

In Monday’s story “From squirrels to singing, T-shirts sell style,” Maggie Wittlin’s name was misspelled.

In the headline of the Sept. 29 story “Ferrand’s legacy flowers on campus,” Beatrix Farrand’s name was misspelled. In the same story, Mary Ellen Goldsmith was misidentified. Goldsmith is a professor of molecular, cellular and developmental biology and the former chair of the Program of Environmental Studies. In addition, the program was placed in the incorrect Yale school. It is a Yale College program.
