Paulina Kaminski ’18 has been voted the newest captain of the Yale women’s swimming and diving team by her teammates, the team announced today.

The Riverside, Illinois native played an integral role this season in the Bulldogs’ first Ivy League championship victory in 20 years. The breaststroke specialist captured fourth place in both the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke, contributing key points to the Eli cause.

As a sophomore Kaminski also grabbed All-Ivy First Team honors. The Davenport resident will be counted on as Yale looks to capture consecutive Ivy League titles for the first time in program history.
