Obama approaches victory in Virginia

By Victor Zapana ALEXANDRIA, Va., 10:16 p.m. — Obama has done it!  As of 10:11 p.m., he has passed McCain 49.7 percent to 49.3 percent, according to the Virginia Board of Elections. Although the TV stations may not call it yet, Obama may have stolen the Old Dominion from the Republicans.
