    Chipotle will open its New Haven branch next Tuesday, Jan. 29, a representative for Chipotle has confirmed to the News.

    The popular Mexican grill, which is poised to fill many late-night study breaks with burritos and guacamole, will be located on 900 Chapel St. and will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. But the excitement has already started: At an employee information session this morning, jars of hot sauce and bagged T-shirts were spotted strewn across the franchise’s floor.

    The manager would not give her name and declined to comment, except to say that she is excited for the opening.
