Power starts its return to CT, finally

A snowstorm of historic proportions slammed Connecticut over the weekend, bringing record snowfall and more power outages than Hurricane Irene.

Though you wouldn’t know it from being at Yale, large swaths of Connecticut are still reeling from this weekend’s snowstorm. By Thursday morning, the number of customers was predicted to fall to around 430,000, the Hartford Courant reported, down from over 800,000 without power in the immediate aftermath of the storm. Scoozzi closes its doors

Scoozzi has served up Italian food on Chapel for more than two decades. It served its last meals on Sunday.

Still looking for your chicken tenders? This weekend Yale Dining is raising awareness for breast cancer by allowing students to load up on anti-oxidant rich foods.
