• The Connecticut Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that victims of a 2003 car crash, which killed four Yale students and injured five others, may proceed in a law suit against the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity on the grounds of negligence. The students, who were all members of DKE, were returning to campus from a New York City fraternity event when they crashed at around 5 a.m.
