New Haven’s hottest graffiti artist is giving back.

Believe in People tweeted a photo of some recent work last night — the photo features two spray-painted signs reading “Fox News Lies!” and “Occupy Wall Street,” which someone named Neils dropped off at Occupy New Haven. Two weeks ago, Occupiers said that a handful of students stole signs from their encampment one Saturday night.

The graffiti artist, who operates in secrecy with the help of his agent Neils, appears to support Occupy New Haven’s presence on the Green despite City Hall’s recent request that the permanent encampment set a deadline for leaving the Green.

“Say what you will about Occupy New Haven, but there’s no doubt The Green is now much safer at night than it was before,” reads a recent tweet from his account.

    Graffiti artist is an oxymoron.

When are they going to arrest this criminal?
