Are Quinnipiac students urinating all over New Haven because they become nervous in social contexts and act out accordingly? Maybe.

According to a list on insidecollege.com, posted to the Huffington Post on Monday, Quinnipiac University has made the cut the best schools for a socially awkward student. At these schools, including Carnegie Mellon and Boston University, shy and awkward students can supposedly find comfort among students who are similarly shy and awkward. Together, they blossom.

But just how these schools were selected is a little fishy. The lists are created by a Denver educational consultant named Steve Antonoff in collaboration with Alloy Media, the producers of the popular TV-series Gossip Girl. With no clear methodology, even we have to say the verity of this list is questionable — after all, Harvard didn’t make the cut.
