Payne Whitney to offer personal training

Calling all fitness fanatics: personal training will now be offered at the Israel Fitness Center of Payne Whitney Gym.

In an email sent out to all PWG members, director of the Payne Whitney Gymnasium Duke Diaz and director of Yale Personal Training Elias Georges announced the launch of the program, which offers specialized trainers to assist clients in a variety of disciplines, such as weight loss, body sculpting and strength and conditioning.

“Personal Training at the Fitness Center will provide the Yale Community a service of personalized physical fitness where people can train consistently, sensibly and systematically over designated periods of time,” the email stated.

Participating members will be able to chose from three different packages that range from five to 24 sessions. Single session samplers are also available for people who are interested in trying out the program.
