Technical difficulties. About two hours after the Yale College Council elections for representative positions went live Thursday, they were shut down with what YCC President Brandon Levin ’13 said was a technical glitch that caused some names to be eliminated from ballots.

Voting reopened around 5:15 p.m. It closes at 9 p.m. today.

Is it? A website with the URL isitchickentendersday.com launched Thursday and answers that simple question: Are Yale dining halls serving chicken tenders? Fortunately for all, yesterday the answer was “Yes. Get your chicken tenders on.”

The one thing more addicting than chicken tenders. The New Haven Police Narcotics Unit arrested three people Wednesday at two apartments in Fair Haven in charges related to the sale of crack cocaine, according to city spokesman Adam Joseph.

A fire alarm went off in Lanman-Wright Hall Thursday morning at about 9 a.m. Students were required to evacuate, but were then told it was okay to return. According to the Yale Police Department, the alarm was accidental.
