Janna Graf ’14, a forward on the women’s basketball team, is this week’s YDN Player of the Week for her clutch play in the Bulldogs’ big sweep of the Harvard Crimson and Dartmouth Big Green last weekend.

Against Harvard, who at the time was 5–0 and first in Ivy League Play, Graf scored a game-high 21 points and had a career-high seven assists to lead the Elis to their first win over Harvard since the 2007-2008 season. 12 of her 21 points were scored in the

second half on 6-for-8 shooting, including a number of unstoppable post moves. Against Dartmouth, Graf scored 15 points, including 10 in the second half, to mark her ninth straight double-digit performance.

Because of Graf’s play, the Bulldogs have surged to second-place in the Ivy League standings, just a half-game behind Princeton whom Yale will meet on the road this Friday.

Graf is Yale’s third-leading scorer (10.0 ppg) and third-leading rebounder (4.7 rpg).
