• Connecticut residents may soon be able to buy alcohol seven days a week.public hearing in Hartford Tuesday to discuss repealing the state’s ban on Sunday sales of alcohol in supermarkets and package stores. This sets the stage for debate on a bill Governor Dan Malloy said he would sign if it reaches his desk, though legislators do not know when the vote will take place.
