YCC sponsors trip to ‘Springer’

Feeling feisty? Maybe a trip to see Jerry Springer will help.

Thirty-four Yalie fans will be chosen to attend a taping of “The Jerry Springer Show” for free, the Yale College Council announced in an e-mail Thursday. As part of the YCC’s new Eli Adventures initiative, this adventure will be this coming Monday from noon until 6 p.m. The taping is in Stamford, Conn. and winners of the lottery get a free bus and ticket to the studio with Yale ID. Those selected will be notified a few hours after the sign ups close at 5 p.m. Saturday.

Eli Adventures aims β€œto give people opportunities to meet others who they might otherwise never meet.” And what better way to bond than over other people hashing out their problems?
