Last Friday in Woolsey Hall, the Yale Glee Club performed the newest Yale song, “To Yale Alone.” Composed by Stephen Feigenbaum ’12 and written by Elisa Gonzalez ’11, it is the winner of the 2010 Fenno Heath Award, a competition held annually by the Glee Club.

The most important criterion, according to the competition guidelines, is that all compositions must “in some way touch upon the composer’s Yale experience.”

The Glee Club is all set to add this song totheir vast repertoire:

“We’re singing Stephen’s song Friday at Harvard, and on tour this year,” said Jeffrey Douma, Director of the Yale Glee Club. “It will also be included in the 150th anniversary edition of Songs of Yale, which we’ll release next semester.”
