Dean of Trumbull College Jasmina Besirevic-Regan and her daughters Selma and Lejla Regan enjoyed a birthday treat — a cake with both girls’ faces on it — on Thursday in the Trumbull dining hall. Selma, who turned 8, gave out chocolate and vanilla cupcakes to partygoers.
