THE NEWS

  • Mourn the loss of Shaw’s no longer. The Yale College Council is unveiling a grocery shuttle system that will run Yale Transit shuttles from Phelps Gate to a nearby supermarket. And they’re not the only ones — graduate students and Stilesians already have their own grocery shuttles.
  • DKE gets new digs. The city’s Board of Zoning Appeals approved plans Tuesday to make major changes to two properties owned by Delta Kappa Epsilon.
  • Bike share is back! In an effort to increase participation, YSEC and the Yale College Council have overhauled the bike share program: Rental prices have increased, students can rent bikes for long-term periods and master’s offices will no longer distribute the bikes.
