THE NEWS

  • It’s been half a year since the Law School Dining Hall stopped accepting Yale College swipes, and the undergraduates have been sorely missed. Said one YLS dining hall employee: “Some still come by, give me a hug, and tell me they miss the delicious food, but there’s nothing I can do.”

  • A new book from photographer Rodney Smith DIV ’73 is a compilation of his work costing $750 per copy and titled, simply, “The End.”
  • Standards for becoming a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society differ from school to school — and some say Yale’s criteria, based primarily on a student’s GPA, are not holistic enough.
